May 05, 2015 - Our group was supposed to arrive in the evening of May the 20th (as we did) but as it turned out, not only they did not had available rooms (although we made a reservation via your website and paid a deposit) but also we were being lied to by the owner since he said that they had send us a letter to inform us of this.
Secondly, the receptionist who greeted us couldn't speak decent English, let alone Italian and as you can imagine, the communication was nowhere near ideal. When we explained the problem in the most comprehensible way, we were obliged to wait for almost an hour until he was able to establish a connection with his boss and to decide how to proceed.
And lastly, the solution of the owner (who talked to us only through his employee's phone) was that he found us available rooms in a nearby hotel but we had to pay extra 3,50 euros. We finally agreed to take upon his offer but again we were being lied to because when we got there we realised that we had to pay extra 8 euros. Later, the owners of the other hotel explained to the group that hotel Italia sends people to them on a regular basis which they explained as an overbooking on purpose.

Jun 18, 2014 - Mi sono trovata malissimo il ragazzo alla reception non mi ha fatto ne la fattura ne la ricevuta, non sapeva nulla della mia prenotazione e non ha neanche controllato sul computer. Inoltre non c'era acqua calda e nel bagno mancava la lampadina. Il WiFi era momentaneamente non funzionante! Praticamente un pessimo soggiorno, avevo prenotato per 2 notti ma dopo la prima mattina ho cambiato ostello.
Mar 24, 2014 - La posizione per me non è il massimo perché per raggiungere il centro bisogna attraversare un lungo sottopasso che ti fa attraversare praticamente la stazione ferroviaria. Non mi sentivo, essendo sola di trovarmi lì nelle ore serali. Avevo letto nel sito che erano inclusi dei servizi tra cui la colazione. Senza pretenderla, visto comunque il costo contenuto, ho appurato che non corrisponde, neanche la TV sono riuscita a far funzionare. Alle 6 di mattina un ospite della camera accanto ha iniziato a chiacchierare a tono alto ...., (solo a livello di informazione dico di aver visto .....e sentito, che l'albergo è frequentato da clienti di nazionalità africana). Ritengo che bisogni valutare per l'esigenza individuale :)
Jul 24, 2011 - L'hotel si trova in una zona abitata solo da extracomunitari, e la sera c'è il coprifuoco. Bisogna per forza essere muniti di auto. Lo consiglio solamente per dormire o come appoggio momentaneo per il viaggio. Senza Hostel club, il prezzo di pernottamento sarebbe stato esorbitante, soprattutto in relazione al servizio offerto. L'apertura della Reception era prevista alle 8:30 del mattino con colazione fino alle ore 10. Solo 1 giorno su 4 abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione in quanto la reception alle 9 era ancora chiusa.
