Nov 01, 2013 - Sono poco seri, ho prenotato dal 4 al 10 stanza con bagno, il giorno dopo ho prenotato 1 giorno il 3 la stanza che avevo prenotato era impegnata- mi anno dato una stanza co bagno esterno, quindi il primo giorno sono andato nella camera con bagno esterno il secondo giorno dovevo andare nella stanza con bagno interno ma le stanze le avevano impegnate e non mi hanno dato neanche la differenza dei soldi.
Aug 15, 2013 - プライベートバス付で申し込んだのに、行ったら受付の兄ちゃんに、この値段だとプライベートルームだけど、シャワートイレは別だよと言われた。あげく前払い金まで聞いてないと言われる始末。この兄ちゃんは英語話せず、朝居たお姉さんは話せた。

Zimmerschlüssel konnte beim Haupteingang nicht verwendet werdet.

Jun 29, 2008 - I would obviously recomend this hotel for staying in Dusseldorf as it's good and very close to the train station.
Apr 13, 2008 - Good place for a good price. Bathroom is separate and shared by several rooms, but otherwise clean. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from central train station.
Dec 17, 2007 - Great location near train station and breakfast. Friendly staff and speak English. need to catch undergorund to pubs and restaurants, but not difficult as people normally speak English.
