Please note; a different cancellation policy of 7 days applies in the following cases:

- Group bookings from 5 rooms

- reservations for and or including the night of New years Eve (31 Dec), Queensday (30 April) and IBC Congress (10th to and including 17th of September)

note:for 29.30,31 of dec cancelation must be done 7days before arrival time,otherwise the whole amount of room rate have to charge by hotel.

- 5% city tax is not including in the room rate and payable on arrival.

- Hostel has the right to pre-authorize the first night of your credit card few days prior your arrival. Reservations will not be guaranteed until arrival if the pre-authorization failed.
