Famous Wenceslas Square is accessible within a 15-minute walk or a short ride (4 stops) on tram number 9. The tram stop Lipanska is right in front of the hotel. 2 minutes' walk away you find an indoor swimming pool and 2 tram stops from the hotel there is the Flora shopping centre and Cinema City. The house was built at the end of the 19th century and has recently been fully refurbished. Residence Tabor is equipped with an electronic fire alarm system, a video surveillance system and a chip system for check-in and check-out.

The hotel offers currency exchange services, tickets for public transport and an airport pick-up service upon prior arrangement and at an additional cost.

Hotel information

The house was built at the end of the 19th century, probably by the famous Prague architect Ignatz Ullmann, and has been fully refurbished between 2001 and 2003. Hotel Residence Tabor is an annexe to the Golden City Hotel on the other side of Taboritska street. The reception and breakfast room are located in the Golden City Hotel.

Unfortunately our hotel is not accessible by wheelchair.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served in the Golden City hotel across the street. Enjoy the delicious buffet in the recently refurbished breakfast room each morning between 07:30 and 10:30.

Hotel Residence Tabor is situated in a historical part of Prague. Please note that new paid parking zones have been introduced in this part of Prague. More info about parking can be found in the 'important information' section.

Important information

You can park in our secure garage or you can borrow a parking card.

The garage is situated in the Residence Tabor and is also used by the Golden City hotel. There is no place for cars higher than 185 cm and for cars running on LPG.

- You can park your car as of your check-in time (from 14:00)

- You have to leave the garage upon check-out (until 10:00)

- Due to fire regulations you have to leave your car key at the reception (also for necessary manipulation with your car).

- Accessories must be taken off upon the receptionist's request

- Payment for parking is due upon arrival.

A parking card is offered at an additional cost, entitling you to park in blue zones in the hotel's surroundings.
