Essiale Bed and Breakfast is a comfortable and receiving house situated in the centre town, that occupies the first floor of a palace aged end of XIX century. Best starting point for visiting the wonderful city of Genoa, allows you to reach by foot all the turistic sites of interest in a few minutes (acquarium, fair, ancient port, historical centre, Ducale, theatre etc.)

Our Rooms

Available to our guests a large double room with King size bed, with a comfortable latex mattress, third bed/baby bed optional.

The second room is a twin bed room. Two bathrooms with shower is exclusively used by B&B guests.

Standard Essiale B&B services are: the use of a bathroom with shower reserved to B&B.The bathroom is shared only with another room. The bed linen and towel change, daily room cleaning, a rich, varied and tastefull continental breakfast.

We are also pleased to offer to our guests the following extra services, free of charge:

- broadband internet point free

- telephone for calls inside Italy

- security box

- tv/sat room

- fridge

- coffee/tea machine free in all rooms.

For families with children are available, on request and free, baby bed, baby feeder sterilizer and warmer, baby table seat.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation one-night fare is not applied if cancellations is done seven day before staying or earlier.

Due to high number of requests, booking from 4 to 12 October will be subject to special policy.

The payment of the entire staying is required to be done in advance. After booking, we will send bank coordinates by mail and will confirm reservation only after receipt of entire payment. Confirmed bookings for the period 4-12 October couldn’t not be cancelled. In case of cancellation or no show the entire payment will not be refund. For payments by paypal (credit card) an extra charge of 4% will be applied.
