Deniz Houses, formerly Deniz Konak Hotel, consisted of 2 buildings located in the guite and central part of Sultanahmet with a walking distance to the city's major highlights. The buildings are only 20 meters away from each other and both contain private ensuite rooms with same type of facilities. All rooms have parquet (hardwood) flooring and showers and are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, double glazed windows, mini bar, hair dryer, TV and telephone by your bed side. Some rooms look over The Sea of Marmara and the others over a nice and quite street.

Open buffet breakfast is served in the roof terrace of the hotel with a panoramic view of Blue Mosque, St. Sofia, Marmara Sea to Asia and Princess Islands.The hotel is located in a residential area and at a walking distance to the Blue Mosque,St Sophia Museum,Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar. Relax once you are off for the day the day in your room overlooking the splendid view of Marmara Sea.

Please note that we provide airport transfer service for our guests through our travel agency. We have private airport pick-up service for our guest. This service is 20 euro for 4 people from the Ataturk airport and 50 euros for 4 people from the Sabiha Gokcen airport. If you inform us your flight details you will be greeted by a courteous member of our staff who will load your luggage into our mini-van and take you directly to your hotel anytime of day.

Please be advised that our place is a tourist hotel and we are not able to guest the locals even though they are accompanied by a foreign citizen unless they have a marriage certificate.

In case we receive such a reservation, we will not be able to honor it and related responsibilities will not be accepted.
