Jun 12, 2010 - Amazing hotel until our reservation had Ben
messed up. Reservation manager told me my problem
and I had to sort it with third party and that I had pay there full rate. I spoke to higher manager who eventually sorted it. Shame about that bad service as everything else fantastic.
