Apr 07, 2013 - The rooms are really large and friendly, bathrooms were clean and ok.
The Staff however was not really nice, and especially the owner was very suspicious

Its not a hotel but an appartment in an appartment house near the station where a couple rents out the rooms, but owners left after renting all rooms. One of the shared bathrooms was smelling badly, the other one couldn´t be locked from inside.
We were charged the hostelworld prepayment again, bring a receipt with you!
Overpriced, would be o.k for 30€/night.
If you are male and look for a place near the station where you can just sleep and leave early, its ok.
15 min walking to town centre.

The only small problem was that they cuoldn'speak englis well..
Aug 30, 2010 - It was great place to stay in Trieste. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room and bathrooms were clean, position of the hostel is very good. Beds were made every morning and all the things neatly put on their places. Only thing to complain about was traffic noise early in the morning due to main street near by and windows opened.
Nov 04, 2009 - Friendly staff let me check in at 12:20 p.m., which I greatly appreciated. Convenient walkable location near train station, great atmospheric old building. (If the hallway or lobby is ever dark, just remember to turn on the light.) Comfortable room with nice view; I slept great here.
Jun 01, 2009 - Secure, clean, basic accommadtion close to the train and bus stations. At 55euros for a twin room without bath or breakfast, its overpriced for what you get. Although clean, decoration is of a poor standard. Noisy in the morning.
