Mar 18, 2011 - i checked in at 7:30 at night. The hotel said they didn't find any reservation from HostelsClub at all. I have to book another room by myself and pay the whole bill with higher price. I am very disappointed with HostelsClub and will complain this on Tripadvisor for my experience. And I am hoping to get explaination from HostelsClub. And the deposit shoulb be returned to my credit card as well.
