Apr 23, 2014 - Really clean rooms and very friendly host. Right at San Geremia Square. Therfor quite loud until 11pm and from 8am, but really central and close to the Train Station. We had a great week and enjoyed the Hostel. Recommended,

Aug 27, 2012 - Excellent place. Clean, very cozy, great location (few min. from all the tourist spots). Small, but nice breakfast in the room. And the price is surprisingly small if compare with similar places.
Aug 16, 2012 - A very fine hostel on an excellent location near Train-station Santa Lucia. Very warm and attentive owners, afordable prices and nicely decorated. Some small remarks: Although called 'B&B', breakfast is not really there. Some long-conservation sweet rolls, 'juice' and cakes are there plus a coffeemaker and a fridge. Better have breakfast at one of the pubs downstairs.
Nights can be noisy either from outside or from the loud airco inside.
May 18, 2012 - Good Position, but noise at night.
May 01, 2012 - It was great until the electrical problem and we were transferred to another hotel with far below what we were getting and no refund. Its not the money issue. New place have no breakfast, no hair dryer, not even tv and we were told that they will lock the door at 1am.
Our room got problem with the power but funny part is, we saw new guest in our room the next day... I wonder why.
Overall nice until we were changed to another room
Aug 31, 2011 - We're very happy with this place. Everything was good as it could be. Except for air-contioner, that it's not work enough. Becasue the time that we're there It's about 32°C at night in Venise.
