May 23, 2019 - Hi, I been there early morning. One beard guy was asking me 23.30 on total. I showed him your reservation copy. He said you booked with third party and whatever the third party does explain everything all the time. And he was a bit rude and complicated. I left the hostel at that moment. I did not stay at that hostel. You should not recommend to anybody a place like that.

Jul 12, 2018 - This place is zero. The staff, the price and the cleaning. It was not possible to use the shower inside the room, there were spots on the room's walls, there was a lady who was more than 70 years old, there were bedbugs in the bed. A place to avoid!

A) helpful and friendly staff
B) amazing position near Termini station
C) clean and polished rooms
D) 24h reception!
Nov 04, 2016 - So I've been traveling Europe for 3 months now and this has been the worst hostel I've been to. They try to charge you for every little thing that normally you'd never get charged for, such as €3 for bed linens? Worst part was the Indian (I believe) female who was at the front desk. Treated me with tremendous disrespect. Terrible people skills and to make things worse, she tried to tell me, "why are you upset over paying for bed linens when you have an iPhone?" Really!?Absolutely terrible! No senses of professionalism whatsoever! I felt as if I was speaking to a child. Some of the other staff were great though. No wifi in rooms. No soap, shampoo, towels. Basically you have to pay extra for everything! Such a deceiving hostel trying to make a buck or two of people in deceiving ways. Don't go there. Many better options in Rome.
