Apr 06, 2015 - Quite clean. No "staff", I only saw one person of the "staff" for 10 minutes on the day of the arrival. Location is a bit far from the center, need public transport to get in there. No internet during the stay. No electricity in the last day
Jul 04, 2011 - The position of the B&B it´s quite far away from all the main atractions. The staff make them best to try you to feel good there, but is not enough. I end my stay there with more than 10 differents bites.

Apr 26, 2011 - I had an absolutely brilliant time at the B&B Simpatia Carmagnola. I was treated to beautiful home cooked Italian breakfasts every morning. There was no noise and my bedroom was really comfortable and neat. It was only a few tram stops from the Termini Station and the city centre so it's quite central but far enough away from the noise of the city. It's also very affordable. I would completely recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in Rome.
Mar 20, 2011 - My friend and I didn't really hang out there as we were off exploring Rome, but for the few hours we were there it was great. Everything was clean and the people were nice. It had a very home-y feeling. The location is a little off the beaten path but there's a tram stop up the block that takes you right into the city center so it wasn't an inconvenience at all. I would definitely recommend B&B for those who don't mind the commute.
