Overall a pleasant stay in a comfy bed with good quality sheets.

However, I was “lucky” since he told me there was still a free bed for the first night (over two I had reserved) in dormitory of another hotel. Without any discount of course. What do you think of that: two nights in a seedy dormitory, no bed for the second night (only mattress), for 100 €. I must be honest and fair, I was entitled to not pay the city tax, great isn't it?
