Feb 16, 2012 - Hotel is clean, rooms are in a good size.
Breakfast is good just the air conditioning could be switch off in the middle of the winter...was freezing... Staff unfortunately doesn't know what time is a check out time...and car park facility is a joke...
Aug 22, 2011 - A nice hotel centurally located on a quiet road not far from the centre or boat buses. I stayed in a single room which even though very small was well equiped and clean, tv though only in italian. staff very friendly and helpfull in all areas. Would have no problem in recomending this hotel if all you need is B+B

Apr 26, 2011 - Very pleasant and clean hotel, located in a quiet street. Good location: 5 minute walk to water transport to Venice and other islands. Rooms not very big, but very clean and nice. Hot water available all the time. Rooms were cleaned on regular basis. Good bath towels :-) We were in Superior room, which had a small balcony. Breakfast sufficient, but no fresh fruits/vegetables. There is a grocery shop (Billa) at a 5 minutes walk.

Mar 06, 2011 - very charming and quaint. hope I can come back to venice some day and I would stay here again. island is obviously farther away than the main island, but the hotel's location is in one of the nicer districts of venice so it's worth the extra boat ride in my opinion.
Nov 09, 2010 - Excellent hotel- very nice staff and very good standard. It is a bit far from downtown, but access is very good.
Nov 04, 2010 - it's a nice hotel, well ubicated considering that it is in Lido, it's just 3 minutes walk from the water bus station. a very good deal comparing prices, and this includes breakfast. staff speak good english and are very helpful. I recomend it
