Aug 06, 2012 - I was very happy with the hotel, the staff speaks great English and there were no problems at all. Its clean, 5 min to the Tower, great!
Jun 23, 2012 - The reception only opened until 12 midnight which had caused a huge trouble to me. I was given a double bedroom on fourth floor and unfortunately the only ceiling fan in the room was broken down at around 12.10am. The room was extremely stuffy and hot. I made emergency call to seek for help from the staff and I was given the answer that I had to solve the problem on my own. The service of the hotel was horrible.
I was even blamed by the staff that I should not make complaint about this issue against them even though I had changed to another room successfully in the end.
The professionalism of the staff in this hotel is terrible. Never ever stay here again!!!!

Sep 29, 2010 - It's an excellent guesthouse if you are here to visit the historical sites. It's only a 3 mins walk to the leaning tower. The shopping belt is accessible by bus. The only setback is the steep stairs which is very common in Italy if you are not staying in a 4 star hotel. It's a good stay for young to middle age travellers.
Jul 27, 2010 - Very nice clean and big room, near the Tower =) only to noisy in the morning =) and there was no toilet paper in the toilet =)
