Apr 16, 2018 - The location is really great. At first, the building is a bit weird with this small entry but the staff is really nice and will help you whatever your desires.
The only bad point for me would be the shared toilet and shower, looks a bit old. But honestly. No need to complain for the price it is really good.

Sep 26, 2013 - The rooms at the front of the hotel were noisy due to street traffic, but it's London, after all. The location is superb! The beds are not comfortable. I'd like to suggest that the hotel improve the breakfast and add an extra charge for it if need be. Instant coffee, no less.... Charge us for it and make it a good breakfast.

Jun 23, 2012 - I think they charge a lot and for everything.10£ for key deposit, 5£ for UK adaptor deposit,2£ for renting towels. There's no elevator, and i was on the 6th floor.Locaton was OK, but further away from the metro station than I thought. The room was clean but really small.

Nov 13, 2011 - for us was important: nearby musicals and metro, cheap, people are verry friendly and give information, it was quiet during the night and we dont care to take the stairs up to 5th floor - storrage bagage until we left London after check out - you don t come to L. to be in the hotel it s only for sleeping

Breakfast isn't typically english; you get only toast with strawberry marmalade or muesli. The staff is very friendly, also the computer could be used. only flaw: Our 4-bed-room was very small.
