Unfortunately while in your web site you confirmed our reservation while we call at hotel at the same time, they refused this reservation and told us there is no free room

Aug 22, 2011 - everything would be perfect if the didn't mess our reservation and we got only 3 beds for 4 persons and we had to pay for 4. it was really ridiculous and the service was really horrible. but the location is near the city centre so it's a big plus.
