Jul 31, 2016 - at the check in a blond , middle-aged woman was the receptionist. Beside her poor knowledge of other languages She was arrogant, and not polite at all.To somebody who is traveling with low budget I recommend this hotel.
Aug 29, 2015 - It was ok to stay there but the location is not that nice and the building and the rooms are not really cosy. Felt like I'm back in the 90's which is not what I expected. For a night or two it is ok to be there.
Aug 28, 2013 - In general, the hotel is OK, nothing special but for the price they charge is excellent! Although the staff was fine, I have such a small rating because one of the guys at the reception called me a cab that wanted to charge more than triple the normal sum and he seemed to be friends with the cab driver.
Jul 18, 2013 - If you like walking or have a car its a very good place to stay. It is a little far from the historical center but it sure is possible to do on foot (we've done it). The room is very comfortable and clean and the staff is really nice and helpful.

Jul 02, 2012 - It's a clean place with quite good conditions, however the staff can be very rude. We have arrived at night (which was mentioned in hte reservation) and found a very rude lady complaining that we come late and making so much trouble for us and fighting to increase the price and at the end we had to pay additional fee of 2.5 euro for each person. We met two more of the staff who were more helpful.
The location is quite far from the center. We traveled by car and it was quite fast to get to the center.
Apr 11, 2012 - HOTEL TURIST BRATISLAVA was quiet good it was further out from the railway station than I would have liked but the rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The service at breakfast could have been better if you asked for anything you were treated with a scrowl not a smile. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay there except for the fact that the resaurant was closed.
