May 17, 2011 - The location is ideal, close to the train station and subway. I had some important mail that I needed in Napoli, they were nice enough to sign and hold for me, email replies were prompt. Though when I was trying to retrieve it there was the communication problem. The staff in charge weren't helpful nor friendly, maybe it was due to a language barrier; they seemed like we were bothering them. we were shocked at the amount of garbage on the streets.
Apr 22, 2011 - Loved the room, clean, new towels every day and the staff wanted to help even if the language could be a problem now and then...bodylanguage and a mix was ok...
