Nov 29, 2010 - The room was OK, the Internet was good as well as the breakfast. However, we had to stay in a smoking room with a terrible smell. The suggestion is to make clear when booking that you want a non-smoking room, if that is the case.
Jun 06, 2010 - Hotel Europa was great for me, quick walk to station which is handy I was only here for a night but free wifi and breakfast was great with a late checkout at 12, they let me leave my bags for the day as I had a late train
May 30, 2010 - Staff was second to none, rooms were clean with a bathroom and tv in it. What more could you ask for?

Jun 11, 2009 - Best location for easy walking anywhere in Frankfurt. Small room but impressed with soundproofing from busy street. Fabulous breakfast buffet, helpful,friendly staff, and free internet. Will return again.
Jan 11, 2009 - Great location, Excellent breakfast, Wonderful service. Really terrible room. Slept two people but hardly any room to move, could not fit two suitcases so had to prop the small handluggage bags on the table instead. Very cramped, the room smelt like an old man's scalp mixed with coconut oil, smelt so bad that we had to run the showers with shampoo to get rid of the terrible smell. Sheets were too small for the bed but heating and air conditioning excellent. Good internet available downstairs. We only stayed one night so it was ok for that, but any longer we would have left sooner. The room was just too small and too smelly. But the establishment is however very clean and nice.
