Nov 09, 2023 - The staff was unfriendly and they have a 5-day rule which they allow you for a maximum stay in their hostel. Regarding this info, I was informed about this on the last day of my stay there. I would never suggest anyone visit this paradoy of a hostel.

Sep 22, 2016 - The best place in Amsterdam!!! The most friendly staff and the best location possible! There is an all day living room, which can satisfy all of your needs, and you also get a complimentary breakfast and coffee !! I recommend this place for all of you ! Can't wait to go back again!

Sep 11, 2014 - The rooms were always clean and got cleaned when someone left the room. Hotel Sarphati is close to the nice and lovely sarphati park and to albert cuyp market, where you can get all what you need from morning up, its well connected to the city center, there is no problem to walk there by foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A full recommandation!

Aug 19, 2013 - The hostel is good, the rooms are small but with their bathroom and clean. There is also a small breakfast. It's quite far from the city centre but the tram stop is 100m away. It's a good place to stay, much cheaper than other hostels here!!
Jul 13, 2013 - Only a 25-30 minute walk to the centre of the city with all the attractions! And right across from the cutest park that is perfect for picnics. The staff was super friendly and also willing to show you around on the map; closed for a few hours during the day but no problem because you are out and about during the day anyway! Breakfast was basic but at least it was there! I would stay here again. Thanks!
