Oct 12, 2013 - Basic rooms but comfortable and clean. Good location - 2 min. to the waterbus Arsenale - 4 min. Biennial entrance / Arsenale - 15 min. San Marco. Thin windows - you can hear every word from outside. The breakfast was of no use (but obviously must be so in Italy?).

The location is perfect, very central with only 2 minutes to the waterbus stop Arsenale and 5-10 minutes away from Piazza San Marco, yet in a quiet and beautiful setting. Very nice and charming accomodation, the bed is very comfortable. Great value for the price. And the owner Alex is the nicest host you can imagine! Highly recommended!
