Sep 29, 2009 - Really great area to stay in-near a university square and quite quiet. small apartment but all you need. Close to Waterbus stops! The breakfast included in the price was great and really made it worth while.
Mar 02, 2006 - Very nice place. Clean and for the price in Venice, it's a pretty good deal. About a 15 minutes walk from San Marco, but a one minute walk from the water taxi that runs all night. Clean. Safe. Friendly staff. Only gripe is the location, but it's still in the heart of Venice and a nice hotel overall.
