Jun 01, 2015 - The staff of this hotel is it's greatest asset. They were kind and helpful from sending me excellent information before my trip, to orienting me to Florence and arranging side trips to hill towns. The room was small and clean, just perfect for one budget traveler. Neighborhood is residential, with shopping and restaurants only 2 blocks away. Duomo is a 15 minute walk. Breakfast is spartan.
I would stay again and request the rooms back behind dining room ( quieter).

But the greatest of this place are its owners, Leticia and Alan, they are THE BEST, soo nice, friendly, helpful, they make you enjoy every second, they have a lot of recommendations and they are full of good wishes. Oct 31, 2013 - Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us directions and recomandations for places to see and where to eat. The room was large and clean. Location in the quiet part of the city, but walking distance from the center.
Oct 30, 2013 - Large comfortable room, good satisfying breakfast although a little more coffee would have been appreciated, staff were helpful and informative. Possible drawback of several flights of stairs to reach the b&b but good central position for sightseeing and on the whole would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Florence.
