Feb 18, 2023 - Generator Venice has been a wonderful place from which to re-discover Venice! It also has a coffee bar, drinks bar, and restaurant. It is easy to get to it from the Santa Lucia train station & to get around from this location. Quiet and fun! Staff is amazing!
Jul 28, 2019 - What a fun, millennial, hip place to go to! I was traveling by myself and stayed in all female room and everyone was so friendly and social. Great quiet location, but so close to everywhere in Venice! Definitely would recommend! Only thing was the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Apr 09, 2018 - Very nice hostel, very clean. Staff was polite, but not very friendly. The location is ok, but far from downtown and you have to take a vaporetto to get there (15 euros per way), what turns it to be a bit more expensive if you are there just for a night.

Aug 12, 2017 - As much as I like this place and the amazing staff, I was awake this morning because of the people unable to close a door quietly and not respecting each other's sleep, this is simply impossible. i was considering coming for the Mostra but I can't do that and except so much noise.
Jul 13, 2017 - Great hostel. The staff were great, fantastic atmosphere - a model of what a youth hostel can be. I liked the bar, and breakfast was good. Really nice environment, clean and well organised.
