Sep 02, 2010 - Very nice small hotel, much better than the star rating would suggest. Conviniently located close to the city centre (for those who do not want to walk there are excellent public transport connections - bus stops just outside and a metro stop nearby). The staff speak very good English and are always of the assistance. Even though some of the rooms overlook the street, the rooms are really quiet. Added to that, the rooms are tidied every day, so the hotel is really clean.

Jan 11, 2009 - Versailles Hotel is very well located indeed and the people taking care of the place are very nice and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately people cannot interact much for the lack of a bigger hall. During the winter you can feel a soft smell of smoke as smoking is allowed in the rooms.
Oct 31, 2008 - We loved our stay at Hotel Versailles. It is in a very nice and safe area. The staff was very helpful. One lady does not speak English , but one of the owners is usally there to help. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect . It is close to the bus lines that get you anywhere in Rome. It is also close to the train station by bus. There are a lot of eating places and a grochery store around the corner.

Aug 08, 2008 - I recommended it. It is good! I stayed in a private room with private bathroom. Is is clean. There are many places near by. It is easy to take bus. I liked it. And the staff give many tips.
