Jun 09, 2011 - This 'HOTEL' provides free maps, guides and discount vouchers for all attractions. Its good overall, but not so clean. Hairs in a shower, dirty sink & mirror in a room, rat or something other which ate my chocolate bar form the luggage (probably thats why it is forbidden to bring drinks or food to your room).
May 31, 2011 - We had a mouse in our room. There're free computers with free Internet in a hall, microwave, kettle in kitchen. Breakfast included. In Queen's day crowd could use our toilet (ground floor) for 2 euro/person. Staff of ready sympathy.
Apr 30, 2011 - The room is very small. There is no space for the big luggages. The bed is not clean when we firstly check-in. The wall is very thin. I can hear everything outside and can't sleep well.

About Hotel Sphinx:
Very DIRTY rooms, corridors, bed linen and towels. It STINKS every where. The toilets at the Train station are better (at least cleaner) than here. We expected TWO STARS hotel but the level of service and accommodation does not meet the requirements. There are 48 guests in our group and every one of them is ready to sign this opinion.
Oct 17, 2010 - I've stayed here with my girlfriend, our beds were kind of noisy and my pillow wasn't very comfortable, but as we needed to stay just for one night the Sphinx Hotel turned out to provide us with at least satisfactory service. And the breakfast was really tasty.

Clean hostel and the staff is OK but not a real hostelfeeling.
A bit far from town. More than 35 mins walk to the centalstation but trams going around the corner.
Jul 10, 2010 - Helpful staff, free computer, no curfew, all the museum are within walking distance. worth all the pennies I paid for. Good job sphinx.
