Aug 08, 2015 - I spent 4 nights in a 6-bed-room (female) and had breakfast included, which was great. People were very nice and I was surprised how clean the bathrooms were. And it's close to Central Park!
Not to miss: many events such as welcome party or Jerry's Grand Tour!

Oct 04, 2011 - One of the best hostels I've been to! Very clean, free towels, 2 blanket & pillows on every bed, free lockers (just bring your own lock). Bathrooms can be a little crowded, but are still pretty clean and showers have enough space to put all your stuff and have free soap. Very helpful and friendly staff, only 2-minute-walk to the subway station or 10-minutes walk to Central Park. Different tours and activities are offered daily. Great chill-out and kitchen area, tv room and lots of choices in the coffee shop. I felt safe all the time as people just can get in with their chipcards (which is also the key for the room).
All in all a great place to stay and really worth the money (which is not much for NYC standard ;-) ).
