Jan 21, 2012 - Some of the staff were great, but I had to lower my score to 60 because of the attitude of the man who refused to provide even another small towel to use for hands without charging for it, and even when I explained why we legitimately needed an extra big towel refused to give it, saying some clients clean their shoes with the towels! So beware, unlike the several hostals where we stayed that were generous with supplies, this hotel was stingy!
