Sep 25, 2012 - This hostel is not a party hostel, it is more a home away from home. We stayed twice for altogether 5 nights with our 8 month old son, had both times a very quiet room (and a baby bed!) with view of the Botanical Garden. Large kitchen & bathroom. Great staff, esp. Surin who gave us amazing advice for experiencing Lisboa and Portugal a little off the tourist tracks. Thanks very much, will gladly come back! Also thanks for keeping our bags safe for 5 days while we were gone!

The Hostel is really good and nice to stay in! The staff is helpful and understanding! The location as perfect! There is a net, kitchen and it is clean! What else can you possibly need in a hostel? Map - yes! Table games - yes!

Oct 16, 2011 - Great place to live at in Lisbon. Close to all the important landmarks. I could look on to the Avenue from the room that I was staying in. The ambiance is especially great. Clean place and comfy beds.

Oct 17, 2010 - I stayed at this Guest House for one week and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a basic, quiet and clean place to stay for a couple of days or so.
Rita (the hostel owner) and her mum made my stay very comfortable. Like i said this palce offeres you excellent value for your money. I have nothing bad to say about this little gem. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Lisbon.

May 31, 2010 - VERY NICE hostel! Calm and quiet with lovely rooms! Very clean and fresh toilet, room, kitchen and common area. Comfortable beds and big rooms. We had a view over a botanical garden from our room, which was a big plus! Nice area and easy access to metros, busses and grocerystores! Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Apr 22, 2010 - I got stuck in Lisbon during the flight disruption caused by the volcanic ash and Rita was just amazing in helping out where possible. Very friendly atmosphere, communial aereas got cleaned every day, fantastic location right at the Avenida de Liberdade and only 2 min to the Metro station and not even 10 min walk to the city centre. Also very handy is the free Wifi internet connection and the computers on each floor that you could use.
