Jun 13, 2012 - Clean hotel, with nice and polite staff. The problem is the zone, which is kinda creepy at night, but it is close to the Brussel Mid Train station and also close to the Metro. Not too many places to eat near, but it is 2-3 metro stops far from city center, where you can find it all. 5€ breakfast is worth it.

Mar 12, 2009 - The room I reserved was quite clean and wide. Continental breakfast was very good, it costs 5 euros, though. Access to metro and tram is very easy even for the first visitor.
Sep 21, 2008 - The great thing about this hotel is its location, walking distance from the Gare du midi (Zuid Station), which is very convenient if you are arriving or departing from Brussels by train.
I would recommend attention when walking around that area at night, as the neighborhood does not look safe. That said, during our stay, we had no problems at all. The hotel staff is very nice.
