Baia Azzurra is a splendid villa at 200 meters from the sea to spend your vacation dream of peace and relaxation, you can enjoy the clean sea of warm sun of Sardinia, beaches just a few steps from the house.

Villino Baia azzurra is 15 km from Cagliari (the trip will take 20 minutes).

You can only book the entire villino: a 2 bedroom appartment with 4 beds. If you ask us before, you can book from 1 to 3 extra beds at the cost of 25,00 eur for bed.

Minimum Stay: 7 days

Towels & Linen are not included; if you need you can have at extra cost of 15,00 eur for person (10,00 eur for person for the linen; 5,00 eur for person for the towels).

At the end of the stay you'll have to pay an extra (50.00€) for the cleaning of the apartment.

Included in the price:

- use gas & water

- use of the washing machine

- use of the external Jacuzzi (from July to September)

- use of electricity till 60 Kwh per week (over 60 Kwh you'll have to pay about eurocent 0,30 each Kwh).

Cancellation and Modify Policy: cancellations and modifies are possible until 5 days before your arrival time. If your modify posticipates arrival date, the cancellation term is the same. If your modify anticipates arrival date, the cancellation term changes with the new arrival time. Beyond this terms, we will apply no-show, and we will charge your credit card with the whole cost of your stay.
