Our hotel is situated in the South of Florence, in Gavinana from which it takes the name, the construction is an independent villino with a small garden built at the end of the' 50s.

We have ten light and quiet rooms, seven equipped with complete bathroom, three with shower and washbasin, some have a private small balcony, all of them have television a celling fan, hair drayer and wireless connection for free.

The parking near hotel is not free, you have to pay to the parkimeter on the street. Otherwise we have a little privat parking for 5 euro per night. We need to know if you need a privat parking at the moment of your reservation, becouse are allowed 4 cars inside untill availability is over. Nearby there are two Supermarkets, one take-away pizzeria and one of the best ice-shops and one automatic lawndry

You can get to the historical centre in 10 min. (Ponte Vecchio or P.zza Duomo) with the local line 23; for who comes by car we advise to park near the hotel and travel by public means of transport (the private traffic is not allowed in the city centre).
