Personal sehr unflexibel, Abzocker! Trafen kurz nach 23:00 zum Check-In ein, doch wurde das Hotel nicht mehr geöffnet - erste Nacht auf der Strasse, trotz Vorausbezahlung. Sehr Ungepflegtes Hotel,jedoch gute Lage.
Der Hotel-Patron ist nur am Geld interessiert, Kinder mag er gar nicht - schlechtes Familienhotel!

Feb 07, 2012 - Truly excellent hotel. We were a very large group but the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and there was lots of room. The location is convenient and great for exploring. Highly recommended!

May 23, 2011 - Замечательный отель в старинном особняке.
Огромные номера, до гавани пешком 15-20 минут. Можно все исходить пешком ( если есть силы) или воспользоваться экскурсионным автобусом. Завтрак скудноват. Из недостатков - нет лифта( отель на 3 этаже) и отсутствует парковка рядом с отелем. А так все замечательно. Генуя - это чудо!
Apr 10, 2011 - Hôtel très bien situé, pour la visite de Gênes. Personnel très accueillant et de bon conseil pour la visite de Gênes et pour les restos. Un petit peu bruyant.
Mar 30, 2011 - Foarte aproape de Gara Principe din Genova si de port, fara lift din pacate(Hotelul e la etajul 3), micul dejun foarte bun, camerele ok.
Mar 17, 2011 - Limpo bem centralizado e de facil acesso a qualquer hora de chegada. O unico problema sao as escadas se voce estiver com malas muito pesadas pois o predio nao tem elevador por ser muito antigo mas a decoraçao inclusive dos quertas é sensacional
Nov 11, 2009 - Well located, a short walk from the train station. Much smaller than expected. Our room did have a fresco on the ceiling, but it was very dark and had water damage, so it was rather macarbe. Our toilet didn't work initially, had to get the owner in. Then we didn't have hot water in, had to get the owner in. Then there wasn't much hot water, had to get the owner back again. For a short stop over in Genova it was a bit of a hassle. However, we did get given a breakfast even though we left at 5 am the next morning. This was very thoughtful. So it was ok - but rather expensive compared to other places we had stayed.
