Jun 25, 2008 - Since we couldn't get near Vienna or the larger cities due to Euro cup, we decided to stay in this hostel. Very quiet town, beautiful! Hiking trails galore. Rates really decent. Food in hostel great (free breakfast), supper in hostel bar was wonderful. All staff were very helpful, most speak English well. Only 1 1/2 hour by train to Salzburg. Beware of tours as they are in German, even though our guide did speak some English to us and explained history well.
