Jul 12, 2022 - Somo una pareja Española (Francisco y Silvia) y estuvimos alojados hace 3 semanas para visitar Viñales . La experiencia en Casa Maceo y Gladis fue muy agradable. Tanto Gladis como Maceo fueron muy atentos y nos ayudaron en todo. La habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno estaba rico. Muy buenos conversadores. Como consejo, recomendamos pagar en metálico(Euros). Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Feb 11, 2017 - Achtung !!! Betrug und Verkaufsgespräch !!! Nie wieder !!!
Ich bin betrogen worden, mir wurde über Nacht die Luft aus meinem PKW Reifen gelassen, es wurde natürlich so gesagt das ich irgendwo drüber gefahren bin vom Vermieter, aber ich bin ja nicht dumm, ich hatte das Auto seid Nachmittag nicht mehr genutzt und Abends vor dem schlafen gehen war noch alles ok und es fehlte definitiv keine Luft. Es ist ganz klarer Betrug, als ich geschlafen habe Nachts wurde die Luft raus gelassen, mir dann morgens gesagt der Reifen ist defekt da ich irgendwo drüber gefahren bin, dieser wurde dann gewechselt während ich im Nationalpark Vinales war (vorher sollte ich das Notrad raus stellen aus dem Kofferraum), als ich nach ca. 4 Std. zurück kam war dann das Notrad aufgezogen und das normale Rad wieder voller Luft. Es wurde also einfach nur die Luft aufgepumpt, mir es aber so erzählt das er repariert wurde was natürlich eine dreiste Lüge ist. Aber was hätte ich machen sollen ohne Spanisch zu können, und Englisch konnten die Vermieter nicht. Dafür wurden dann 15 CUC verlangt. Völliger Betrug.
Außerdem fand gleich bei Anreise ein Verkaufsgespräch statt, ich sollte 25€ für die Besichtigung mit einem Guide in den Nationalpark bezahlen ( der aber überhaupt keinen Eintritt kostet). Ich sagte das ich dazu bicht bereit bin, und nur damit ich endlich ruhe habe wurde sich dann auf 15€ geeinigt und die Tochter die das Verkaufsgespräch gemacht hat (wozu man wirklich im Urlaub keine Lust hat) war sehr verärgert das Sie nicht die 25€ erhalten hat, absolut dreist.
Mir wurde auch gesagt das der Guide (Führer) durch den Nationalpark dann Englisch spricht, was ebenfalls nicht der Fall war, so war eine Kommunikation nicht möglich und ich bin einfach nur Stumm hinterher gelaufen, also auch das eine miese Lüge.
Sehr wahrscheinlich war das dann mit dem Reifen Betrug die Rache um doch noch genügend Umsatz zu machen.
Ich hoffe das diesen Bericht hier viele lesen da ich andere Nutzer vor solchen Betrügern schützen möchte

The host does not know how to speak in English but if you understand
Spanish, she's quite helpful and chatty.
Jan 19, 2017 - The Casa was okay. Everything was clean and the price was good. But the mattress was really bad because it was no real mattress. It was only a foam material. Therfore we had some back pain. But the worst thing was the man who came direct after we arrived. He sold a trip to the national parc and the trip was to expensive. It cost 25 Cuc but you can get the same trip for 10-15 Cuc when you buy it in the tourist information office.
Jan 18, 2017 - Nie wieder!
Wir haben anscheinend falsch gebucht und nur für 2 anstatt 4 Personen gebucht, obwohl wir die Buchungsbestätigung dabei hatten. Da zu diesem Zeitpunkt ganz Vinales ausgebucht war, hat man die Zimmer für mehr Geld einfach weitervermietet und uns dann "netterweise" bei der Tante einquartiert. Das Zimmer, das wir dann bekommen haben, war eine Zumutung. Dreckig, klein und ganz weit außerhalb.
Galdis fand sich auch noch super nett dabei, dass sie da "was für uns arrangiert" hat ...
Als wir ankamen hat sie erstmal eine Verkaufsshow organisiert, wo man uns zwingen wollte Touren zu buchen.
Das war die schlechteste Erfahrung, die wir aus Kuba gemacht haben.
