Jul 29, 2015 - Charming hotel, good bed, room small but very clean. Staff efficient and friendly. However, a bit further from Times Sq and mid-town attractions than the ad indicates.
Mar 08, 2015 - We stayed just for one night as booked our flights not realising we were arriving on Valentines day and everywhere was super expensive! Hotel 31 was great value for money. A nice toasty warm room when the temperate outside was well below freezing! We would have happily stayed another night had we not had somewhere else booked for the rest of our stay. Great location near all the big sights of the city!

Apr 17, 2014 - Der Aufenthalt war wirklich Super angenehmen. Zwar ist das Zimmer wirklich klein, aber unglaublich sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist einmalig. Einfach weiter zu empfehlen.

Jul 05, 2013 - We stayed at Hotel 31 during Sandy. The power was shut off, no hot water. When paying full price we were informed that we would get some rebate, but sofar we have seen neither money nor answer to our e-mail! This behaviour does not give a good impression and we don´t recommmend the hotel!
