Nel momento in cui sei la, a quello già pattuito aggiungono il costo delle lenzuola e quello delle asciugamani anche se non le vuoi perchè la hai in valigia.
La ricevuta fiscale non riporta nulla, tranne l'importo da saldare; non so neanche ci abbiano mai registrati.
Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro, non ci rimetteremo piede.

Jul 29, 2012 - Esta en una zona con mucho ruido y para dormir mal. Hace muchísimo calor y el aire cuesta 7euros día. No merece la pena ir. El vat no esta incluido. En general huele mal. Es mejor buscar otro.

Dec 13, 2010 - Um sitio muito confortavél e muito limpo, com um bom atendimento. O pequeno almoço não é mau, mas não esperem muito. Nas imediações não há muita actividade nocturna, nem muito onde fazer refeições. Contudo é de fácil acesso dos e para os principais pontos de interesse.

Nov 08, 2010 - Hotel location is perfect.
Parking / garage in the hotel does not exist despite what is written there. Near the hotel (1km) is a public garage, paid 6 euro for 24/hour. The hotel staff that is justified by the lack of a reservation is made through Hostelsclub, and hotel website because the situation is different. I do not know how if it is true that the hotel has no parking lot / garage.
The rooms are decent for the price, but in a triple room the third person sleeps on camping bed.
Everything else is OK. I repeat, the location of the hotel is excellent, only 1km from the central square of the Duomo

Los viernes y sábados por la noche pueden oir mas jaleo desde la recepcion que desde la calle.
NO VOLVERIA SEGURO!!!
Oct 23, 2010 - Me and my friend stayed in this hotel for a few days. Although we booked a room for 2 persons (and did pay for it!!), we got a room for 1 person! We even had to sleep in a single bed TOGETHER! Despite we asked the staff for another room, they kept on saying that this was a 2 pers. bedroom (weird with: 1 towel, 1 pillow and 1 glass…).
Besides that the room smelled like cigarettes from the neighbours/ was very noisy and the staff wasn’t friendly at all! And if you had to check out and wanted to leave your suitcases in the hotel for 1 or 2 hours, you had to pay 2 euro per suitcase per hour, so the ‘service’ wasn’t good also.
We definitely wouldn’t advice this hotel to others. Luckily Milan was a very nice city, but for this hotel and the staff you definitely wouldn’t come back!!
Oct 18, 2010 - Very good location but very noisy and not particularly clean. I was woken up at 6am by loading and unloading outside. The double glazing doesn't work. You get woken up early every morning by traffic outside. Had other people's hair on the floor and everywhere in the room. Decent sized room.
