May 16, 2009 - Spectacular. Claudia & the Swiss overall are extremely friendly. The staff is so cooperative. I asked for help 100 times but not once was I turned down. Will stay here whenever I am next in Interlaken. Make sure you eat the Chicken Tortuga while eating Mexican in the hotel restaurant. It is yummm!!!!
Jul 10, 2008 - 設備は値段的に納得です。日本語放送が見られるので、一瞬日本にいるのかと勘違いしてしまいました(笑)。こちら側のミスで、翌日早朝チェックアウトにもかかわらず、前日精算を忘れてしまい、翌朝スタッフを電話で起こしてしまい申し訳ありませんでした・・・。しっかりと対応していただき感謝しています。
Mar 30, 2008 - Nice hotel in a little pedestrian street in the center of Interlaken, close to everything.
The breakfast was great: coffee, tea or hot chocolate (delicious!), orange juice, several kinds of bread, cheese, cold meat, jam, cereals, fruit, yoghurt. Served in the mexican restaurant (non smoking!) located in the ground floor of the hotel.
