Sep 29, 2016 - The stuff are the nicest people in the world!!!BUT Hotel charged extra.In addition to the "tax fee" it took addidtional charges,so the price was much more higher.Cockroaches in the bathroom.Towels were not replaced daily(only on special request).Clogged bathtub and sink(water during taking a shower was to mid-calf).The lack of information(we didn't know that living room exists and where to find the remote control for the TV),no terrace and coffe maschine-as they advertise on the web.

Jun 16, 2015 - Muy buena la ubicación, la limpieza, la calidad... Pero una tal Loida, una absolutamente antipática, borde y muy desagradable recepcionista, una señorita que no valora su puesto de trabajo y que, por ello debería quedarse en su casa haciendo punto de cruz, me contestó con muy mala educación en la mañana de mi segundo día en Barcelona y en el hotel, al decirle yo que iba a subir mi novia a buscarme, y contestarme ella que "está prohibido por la dirección subir chicas a las habitaciones", y que "para esas cosas hay una sala en la primera planta", sin haber especificado yo, en ningún momento, para qué iba a subir mi novia a la habitación... En absoluto recomendable este hotel, y todo por el descaro, la mordería, la absoluta falta de educación y de preparación en atención al cliente y en el trato de cara al público de esta tal Loida. Mucho cuidado con ella, que muerde. Reclamación por escrito, por correo electrónico a promocion@atriumhotels.com, llamada telefónica al comercial Albert para que informara al director del hotel y presentación de la reclamación denuncia en consumo de Catalunya. Y seguro que nada va a cambiar en este hotel... Hasta nunca, Loida...

Sep 20, 2014 - The hotel entrance was difficult to see, just a little glass door. Staff was friendly and it was located 2 blocks from where you can pick up a city tour. Our room the windows were closed with shutters that could not be opened, but it had a strong ceiling fan. We slept well, no noice from neighbors and the room was very dark. The shower was great. 1 block away was a restaurant that served bacon eggs toast juice and coffee for 7 euros.
Aug 02, 2014 - Rooms are simple but the hotel is located in a heart of old town, everything is nearby. Also there is a metro station just around the corner for further city explorations
