Jul 23, 2017 - Good place to stay, we were only there for one night but it is very clean and the landlord is very friendly. Town is only 5 minutues away and would reccomend to anyone.
Aug 14, 2016 - I had a single room. Room was very small with a single bed. It was ok case I only needed a place to sleep - and the location is great- it's close to everything. There is no aircon but a fan - so you have to sleep with window open. The steet is very quiet at night - but not in the evening and morning - somebody very sensible to noice should bring earplugs. Long story made short: you get what you paid for - nothing more nothing less :-D

Jul 19, 2014 - Super endroit, très propre, appartement parfait pour y passer une petite semaine avec cuisine etc, chambre spacieuse (celle pour 2) et emplacement idéal a mi chemin entre le centre et la plage.
Personnel très accueillant.
Sep 27, 2013 - L'appartamento è situato in una bella posizione, infatti è molto facile raggiungere il centro, la costa e la stazione degli autobus. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti e la casetta è adorabile anche se piccolina, unica pecca il bagno in comune. C'è solo una stanza con il bagno privato.
Sep 08, 2013 - Apartment is in very nice area,5 minutes from the Old Town, close to the sandy beach, close to the main railway station, bus station and port. If you are going with family it'r rather too small. I'm really happy that I chose that one. When you get there just call the mobile number - it's in the board beside the house number. Everyone is speaking english in Split so don't worry about communication :)

Jul 31, 2011 - TOO NOISY! rooms all have windows that open directly onto a busy walkway. the single room is a broom closset with a bed that cant fit anyone taller than 6ft and has no aircon, but the luxury of hearing the aircon systems for the other rooms directly outside the window.
shower is so small you can hardly turn sideways in it. not worth 30 euro a night!
