Jul 04, 2014 - The owner of the hotel tried to tell me I owed him more money than what my receipt said I needed to pay. He tried to charge me more money and I told him I am only going to pay what the balance says. Then he tries to tell me that I am at the wrong Hotel, before I checked in I showed him the email I had confirming my reservations and the address matched the hotel. When I said lets call the Police and we can straighten this out, because I was not going to get bullied into paying more than what I was supposed too. The owner backed off and then he said I did not owe him anything. I told the owner, that I did owe him the balance and I will pay the balance that says on the email I received. Out of all the hotels this was the only place while I traveled in Brazil with family members where I did not feel safe, due to the situation that happen between the owner and myself. I know he was not happy, because he thought he was going to get additional monies out of me and that was not going to happen. I would like you guys to remove them from your website, because the owner acted like he had never heard of Hostlesclub Also he did not give us sheets, we had to use our towels that he gave us as sheets. We had sheet on the mattress but nothing to cover up with.
