Jan 01, 2017 - Clean and nice small hotel. But no kitchen, no breakfast. A bit out of town, you can get the train (some 5mins walk) that connects to the metro network (recomanded for getting to the long distance train stations, or catch the tram or bus, which take a bit longer to get to old town. Especially trams are extremely slow.

Jun 29, 2011 - When we arrived there, the building was suspended to repairing. So the nice man on reception desk was very polite and helpful. He apologized due to this problem and called to another hotel** (hotel Arco) and also talked about expenses and breakfast. He paid the expenses difference himself by cash because the new one had other price. At the new accommodation we enjoyed the staying in an old building and good room but the bathroom was so small. There are no any fun factors at hotel Arco.
May 16, 2011 - It is one of the best place to sleep in Milan. Staff are very nice! I will recommend to everyone. Thank you for everything, we had really good time there.

the staff was friendly and VERY helpful and informative
its easy to get there and once you are there its an easy bus ride to the center of the city
i would most definatly stay there again
ps the free wine was a nice addition!
