Aug 13, 2011 - Superb location in the heart of Split's old town. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Shared bathroom ok but needs updating. Given the location and cleanliness of the room this really wasn't issue. Would certainly stay here again.
Jul 25, 2011 - This place was so average i felt compelled to write a list of all the things wrong with it. The location is excellent, but that's where the benefits end. There was no wi-fi, the room only had a bed and fan, no desk, no bin, no lamps etc. There wasn't a sheet on my bed. There was no information left regarding the apartment/area, so had to figure out how to turn the hot water on ourselves etc. No hand towel in bathroom. There is a kitchen with a fridge, stove and limited crockery, but no kettle or toaster. Cardo was VERY expensive considering the lack of all these things we have found to be standard in most other apartments of the same price.

Right in the centre of the old town so the location could not have been better.
Would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone exploring the area and particulalry the old town.
Aug 09, 2010 - Nous avons été complètement satisfaits! Certes, il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement luxueux (la salle de bain est très très petite), mais la propreté des lieux, l'accueil chaleureux, et le charme de Split, ont suffi à nous ravir!
En plein dans la vieille ville, tout est à proximité : marché, distributeur de billets, resto et bars... pour aller se divertir, il y a aussi des boîtes à 15/20 mn à pieds.

Aug 09, 2010 - The appartment is great, nice and very well located in the downtown. We just founf it might me too small for four people and that air conditioning would be necessary in case of too hot days. On the other hand people of reduced mobility cannot acceed to it as it is on the fourth floor with no elevator.
Jul 22, 2010 - We had the best time ever! The apartments are located in the very center of the town, very close to shops and caffes and restaurants. The place is so authentic and adorable and we would definitely recommend it!
The staff was really helpful and friendly. One thing I did mind - no airconditioning. But, I was told that they will fix that in the next few months.
So all in all, see you next year!
