Beworbene Küche ist ein Witz und dient nebenbei als Abstellkammer. Gegessen wird im stehend vorm Herd.
Räume werden nicht durch gelüftet.
Halt Hotel am Stadtpark.
May 07, 2023 - Grauenvolle Erfahrung.
Bei der Ankunft im Hotel ist uns schon aufgefallen wie marode das ganze ist und das Sauberkeit hier ein Fremdwort ist.
Das Zimmer welches wir erhielten war in keinem guten Zustand neben den ersichtlichen Schäden an der Einrichtung, lagen noch benutzte Tücher im Raum, auf dem Bettlaken war Blut, etc. Ok als ob das dann aber nicht genug wäre haben die dort ein Mäuseproblem, welches sie verschweigen wollen. In der Nacht sind Mäuse in meine Essenstüte reingeklettert und hatten an meinem Essen genagt. Am nächsten Tag sofort das Hotel verlassen. Vor Ort hatte man mir zugesichert ich bekomme mein Geld wieder. Dies ist leider nach mehreren E-Mail nie geschehen. Gebt lieber 5€ oder 10€ mehr aus, statt hier eine Nacht zu verbringen.

I paid for three nights. They did not accept me the 2nd or 3rd night saying that I did not have a reservation. They didn't give me a solution either.
They have not returned my money.
Room without electricity. Dirty bathroom, hot water does not work in the shower.
Feb 09, 2023 - So ein Grotten schlechtes Hostel habe noch nicht gehabt. Es ist sehr heruntergekommen, Wasser Flecken an der Decke, die Lampe hatte keinen Schirm (Glas) mehr. Und wir hatten Mäuse im Zimmer die sich Nacht am Pizza Karten zu schaffen gemacht haben,tagsüber ist mir eine Maus noch über die Füße gelaufen. Die Heizung lief auf voll Power und konnte nicht runter Gestellt werden, das Ergebnis war im Januar bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen mit voll Power Heizung. Nach bekanntgegeben der Problemen passierte einfach NICHTS. Zu guter hat dieses Hostel was nur über Visa zu bezahlen ging noch 96,00 € zuviel abgebucht :-( Auf unsere Email haben Sie überhaupt nicht Reagiert.
Jan 26, 2023 - Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Treppen sind klein und steil, Dusche und WC waren weitgehend sauber und auch die Betten waren sauber und wurden frisch bezogen, der Rest der Räumlichkeiten (Boden, Ablagen etc.) hätte sauberer sein können und der Verkehrslärm ist deutlich zu hören. Alles in allem ist es okay für Reisende die Geld sparen wollen und nur ein Bett zum schlafen suchen und sich von etwas Verkehrslärm nicht stören lassen.

Jun 01, 2022 - Although I prepaid for it, the receptionist told me that there was no reservation on their system. And for a new reservation, I had to pay 3 times more than the amount I am supposed to pay. Then I left those scammers' hostel and now sleeping on the airport.
It is ironic when H*stelspoint sent me a mail about how my accomodation was.

Aug 09, 2020 - I have booked 2 nights at this hostel, when i arrived to the address for the check-in the hostel was closed, so i called them.
The calls were forwarded that afternoon to another hotel that told me my booking was reallocated to be with them, so i had to go to another address while they could have just told me before.
When i arrived to the new hotel, they said the princess hostel booked only one night, so i will have to move for the second night to the princess hostel, again i tried to call the princess hostel to ask what is happening but the calls were just forwarded to the new hotel.
Therefore I had to cancel my plans for the morning after, so that i can check-in in the princess hostel.
The morning after we received a taxi at 11am to take us to the princess hostel, but surprisingly nobody was there. We called them (we were 8 guests in the same situation) and they said they were planning to open at 3 pm(the time of their check-in), but at the end they sent someone who arrived at noon.
We understood later on that the owner of Princess owns also the hotel where we were sent, and he does this to save money. I strongly recommand avoiding this hostel as all one's plans can be messed up
