Aug 20, 2012 - This hostal is good just to spend the night, it's pretty clean. There's no breakfast, no fun factor, TV in room doesn't work. The best thing is position, metro and bus are close.
Feb 21, 2011 - La sistemazione sarebbe stata buona se non fosse che mi hanno dirottato su una soluzione di backup visto che non vi era posto dove prenotato, cosa molto grave.
In sintesi 3° piano senza ascensore e sistemazione non alla altezza di quella scelta. Indice di poca serietà

Jul 20, 2008 - Very central: You can see Puerto del Sol through the windows. It's situated in a street with lots of bars and restaurants. You can close the doors of your room (and put on the airco) and you'll sleep well.
The beds are good, also the shower was nice

Jun 10, 2008 - Très bien placé, sûrement assez typique de ces multitudes de ces hôtels-pensions de Madrid. La propriétaire ne parle qu'Espagnol, ne sait pas lire une carte d'identité française. Cloisons très fines.
May 21, 2008 - I am unable to review this hostel as when I arrived they had no knowledge of my booking and no places available at the hostel. This was a real nuisance as I then had to seek alternative accommodation. I have two questions -
1 Who caused the problem - was it me or you or the hostel?
2 How do I gain a refund on my deposit as I had to pay the new hostel in full? Michael Godfrey
