Jul 02, 2011 - nice hotel in the center of the city, nice, helpful staff
May 26, 2011 - This was a decent hotel. We were only in Turin one night. Rooms were fairly good for a two star. Only complaint is some of the staff seemed unwilling to to try and understand our Italian. We aren't fluent by any means but when another staff member says the exact same thing you just said and they now understand it, can be frustrating.
