May 05, 2017 - Claudia was extraordinarily discourteous. She stated she called and confirmed a reservation for me at a casa particular in Veradero and that Yamie, would meet me at the bus station in Veradero, holding a sign with my name. I arrived in Veradero. No one was there waiting for me or holding a sign with my name. I waited and waited. Finally, I took a taxi to the address given to me by Claudia. I arrived at Yamie's home. She had not received a call from Claudia. In fact, she does not take in guests. I wasted more money taking the taxi back into town, now not having a place to stay or knowing where to stay!!!
Apr 24, 2017 - Great stay at Casa Fini! Claudia and her family are extremely welcoming and helpful, could not have made our stay any more comfortable. Lovely Casa in a quiet area of the city within walking distance to the centre of town. Claudia speaks very good English and was able to point us in the right direction for everything we needed from our stay.

Apr 02, 2017 - Claudia is only interested in getting as much money as possible. Breakfast is terrible and she has no proper accommodation in her hous. We had to change our stay from three to two night and she refused to adjust the price accordingly. She is giving home state and Cuba a bad reputation. Here license should be suspended.
Mar 11, 2017 - The greatest hostesses, the greatest, most generous service I have ever received at a hostel in my life. I have stayed at many hostels, and none even come close to comparing.
I am only 20 years old and this was my first time visiting Cuba. They took care of me like I was part of their family. I will always be grateful and thrilled to have left this beautiful country knowing I have made new life long friendships with the owners. Can't wait to visit you again! Thank you both for everything.
Dec 03, 2016 - Fini and Claudia are wonderful! We really felt like being at home with them! They gave us a lot of interesting information and tips about everything we needed,they also book other place for us to stay when we were visiting other cities!they teach us some spanish too!

Nov 13, 2016 - Far away fm old habana,20-30mins by walking to there.
House located on kind of ghetto area,not recommend ladies walking alone.
The room which I stayed was high ceiling,noisy air conditioner and fan,shared bath room.shower's water didn't get through well.
The owner and her daughter are kind,but asked many times extra breakfast,dinner. I had dinner once,but I'm sorry it was poor...it didn't much that cost.
Aug 05, 2016 - Me and my boyfriend were very content with our room and especially with the help from the owner. She booked us rooms all over the country with good prizes. Thank you for the nice stay!

+ a little bit outside of the very touristic area (1h walk to the Capitol though)
+ Claudia speaks English
+ very, very, very nice and helpful with all questions, tips for Havana, help with booking the next hotels...
+ They booked a taxi to the airport for us
- only hotel we had without a key to lock the room!!
- shared bathroom
- the "2min"-busstation is only for Cubans. About 4 CUC to the Viazul Station by taxi
- One of our beds was... not too soft
- Only hotel where we had to pay in advance
- Made us pay 25 for the last two night because of a holiday
--> Not "perfect" but they are very nice and trying their best
Apr 13, 2016 - The first night we were allocated in an awful and dirty room. the others two nights were better, but there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. My friend got her money stolen the third day.
I can't reccomend this place!
