Sep 02, 2019 - I arrived after a long flight with no sleeping at all . The receptionist told told me to store my stuff and kicked me out of the hostel . She said come back at 2 Pm only .
I told her I just want to Log in the WiFi talk with my family and relax a little bit and she gave me 5 minutes to do so. She said after 5 minutes she come and tell me I need to leave immediately.
When I wanted to take something from my bag she said at first I can’t go back because check in is only at 2 PM . Very bad first impression .

May 14, 2012 - The hostel was really a great choice for our stay in Madrid, especially for its position and cleanliness. Also the staff was really kind and helpful, even if they didn't speak english very well.

Jun 05, 2011 - The hostel is perfect and very clean. There is a strange neighbour who doesn´t want anybody to be on the beautiful terrasse after 11 p.m. But the strangest person was the italian femaie recepcionist with dictatorial character. She was awful. The owners were very nice and all the others too ... but she, wow ... very very strange
Sep 28, 2010 - Very well hostel with kind people. I had a good time there despite of the fact that they were very strictly with little noise after 11 pm.
