Feb 19, 2011 - Nobody noticed that i made an internet reservation because they don't use almost internet and they do NOT understand english! At the reception they asked me to pay 45 euro instead of 40 because they did not know i have reservation on internet and i know their room rates... Rooms are more than miserable, the pictures are showing the few rooms for humans, the rest is like a 1 star hotel or basement - litteraly. The restaurant ain 't working. There was only one kind guy - the piccolo who was helpful and talking english and russian. All turkish people try to lie with money - mention it! on reception, restaurants have no menu with prices, everywhere!
